If, for any reason, you change your mind about your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange for an item of equal value within 14 days of the date you received your order. Please note that at this time, we do not accept exchanges for lower or higher priced items.

It is important to note that we do not offer free exchanges and returns. The refund does not include the shipping charges for sending the item(s) to you or the return shipping costs. However, we do offer a convenient and hassle-free exchange process.

Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Our candles are crafted using 100% natural ingredients. As a result, slight changes in color and small imperfections in the wax may occur. These variations are perfectly normal and will not affect the performance of your candle. We assure you that each candle is meticulously handcrafted to deliver the best sensory experience.

Recommended Burning Time:

To optimize the performance of your candle, we recommend burning it within one year of purchase. This ensures that you can fully enjoy the captivating scents and ambiance that our candles provide. After this period, the fragrance may gradually diminish.
